Daica, your restaurant in Mallorca, moves to Menorca to celebrate the Day of the Balearic Islands

Cati Pieras has everything ready for the 1^st of March, the day when she’ll celebrate a special menu for the Day of the Balearic Islands together with her fellow chefs at Chefs(in).

„Quatre dones, quatre illes” (“Four women, four islands”) will be the menu theme with traditional dishes presented by the chefs Silvia Anglada, Marga Orell, Ana Jiménez and Cati Pieras.

The event organized by the Govern de les Illes Balears and coordinated by Tres Serveis Culturals will take place at the restaurant of Silvia Anglada, Es Tast de na Silvia, in Ciutadella.
