Pack 1: Grand Tasting Menu
One of the latest things which we have created this season is our new gift pack: Pack 1: Great Gastronomic Menu. An exquisite menu consisting of 9 tasters which we add to a night’s stay at our Petit Hotel.
The Great Gastronomic Menu + Stay at the Petit Hotel is the most well rounded pack that we offer and is an experience that has every detail taken care of. As always, the raw materials which we use come from local producers that offer us high quality and freshness, meeting the gastronomic standards of our pioneering chef, Caterina Pieras.
We begin the menu with a welcome glass of cava along with a surprise snack to share. A tasting which has been created using Mallorcan and Catalonian roots often including ingredients such as black pig, eggplant in preserves or sobrasada. For the grand finale we will be serving our interpretation of the most traditional sweets of our gastronomy. In this menu, the same as in pack 2 and 3, drinks are included. From water and coffee to a bottle of wine of your choice which you can select from our range. It is certain that the best moments happens when you’re sat around a table.
After experiencing the most well rounded offer from Daica, you can relax in our Petit Hotel in Mallorca, a glass of cava will be waiting for you in one of our exclusive rooms! They are meticulously decorated and maintain the essence of Llubí, our marvellous town in the centre of Mallorca.

Another well rounded pack, in which you can savour, sample and relax at Daica is the Pack 2: Daica Menu. A menu designed for those who want to live a complete experience, but with less dishes on the menu. Our tasting menu is made up of 6 dishes.
The state of the art techniques alongside local quality local produce transform every bite in to a gastronomic experience where the five senses are teased in each dish.
